Getting started

Planning your first route

Updated July 2026

Route Planner Pro turns a list of addresses into the fastest order to drive them, using real road distances.

Add your stops

Paste your stops into the big box on the planning screen - one per line. Each line can be a full address, just a postcode, or an address with a note. For example:

14 Oak Lane, Birmingham, B15 2TT
B23 6PQ
Pick up from depot LS1 4AP before 9am

The planner reads the postcode from each line and keeps the rest of the text as the stopโ€™s label, so your list stays readable.

Optimise

Tap Optimise Route. The planner works out the order that keeps your total drive as short as possible and shows the stops in that order.

Routes using ferries do not include waiting or check-in time, so allow extra time after a crossing.

Drive it

Tap Start Navigation to work through the stops one at a time. Each stop opens in your phoneโ€™s sat-nav with one tap; mark it done and move to the next.

New to it? Tap Try with sample data on the planning screen to see a finished route before you load your own.
