Your route stays put

Close the tab, refresh the page, switch apps - your route is still there when you come back. No more losing 300 stops because your browser crashed.

Stop-by-stop navigation

Tap to navigate to each stop in your maps app. Mark it done, move to the next. No fiddling with addresses mid-round.

Real road distances

Routes calculated using actual roads, not straight lines. You get the shortest driving route, not the shortest line on a map.

Paste anything

Copy text from emails, spreadsheets, delivery notes, whatever. We find the postcodes automatically. No reformatting needed.

Works on your phone

Install it like an app. Full-screen, no browser bars. Designed for use on the job, one-handed, in a van.

No lock-in

Cancel anytime. The free version is always there. We earn your money every month or you stop paying. Simple as that.

Questions

How is this different from the free route optimiser?

The free version gives you a basic route but if you refresh the page or close the tab, your stops are gone. You can't mark stops as done, reorder them, or navigate stop by stop. Route Planner Pro saves your routes, lets you tap through each stop with turn-by-turn navigation, and uses real road distances so your route actually follows the roads.

Do I need to download an app?

No. It works in your browser. You can add it to your home screen and it works like an app, full screen with no browser bars, but there is nothing to download from an app store.

What happens after the 7-day trial?

You'll see an option to subscribe for £5/month. If you don't subscribe, you can still use the free route optimiser but you'll lose saved routes, stop-by-stop navigation, and real road distances. No card is taken during the trial so there's nothing to cancel.

How do I cancel?

If you're on a paid subscription, sign in, open the avatar menu top right, and click "Manage subscription / cancel" to open the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel with one click. If you started a trial with a card (Teams plan), it's the same portal and no charge has been taken yet. If you're on the free 7-day trial we didn't take a card, so there's nothing to cancel - just stop using it and your access ends on day 7.

Can I use it on multiple devices?

Yes. Sign in with the same Google account on any device and your subscription works everywhere. Solo plans allow up to 3 concurrent logins. If you're a logistics team with more drivers needing access, the Teams plan (£15/month) lifts the cap to 10.

Can my whole team use one account?

Yes, on the Teams plan. One shared login, up to 10 concurrent sessions across office controllers and drivers. The controller plans the route in the office, taps the WhatsApp share button, and sends the route straight to the driver's phone. The driver opens the link (already signed in) and taps through stop-by-stop navigation via Google Maps. £15/month flat, no per-seat billing.

How many stops can I plan?

Up to 300 stops per route. For most delivery rounds that is more than enough. If you need more, get in touch.

Which maps app does it use for navigation?

It opens Google Maps by default for turn-by-turn directions. On iPhones it can also use Apple Maps. Whatever you have set as your default maps app should work.
