This permanently deletes your account and everything in it. This cannot be undone.
What gets deleted, immediately:
- Your saved routes and all delivery runs
- All proof-of-delivery photos and signatures
- Your sign-in, settings and account profile
- Any active share links you've created
If you have a paid subscription, deleting your account cancels it now. You will not be refunded for any remaining time, and your access ends immediately.
For legal reasons we keep payment/invoice records (required by HMRC) and a dated record that a deletion happened. Encrypted backups are erased automatically as they age out on rotation. See our Privacy Policy.
