Stops & addresses

Uploading a CSV or spreadsheet

Updated May 2026

If your stops already live in a spreadsheet, you donโ€™t need to retype them. Upload the file and the planner reads them in.

Upload the file

Tap Upload on the planning screen and choose your file. CSV, TSV, and Excel files (.csv, .xlsx, .xls) all work.

Map your columns

Your spreadsheet wonโ€™t always have columns in the order the planner expects, so you tell it which is which:

  • Postcode - the only column thatโ€™s required. This is what the route is built from.
  • Name and Address - optional. Map these and they become the stopโ€™s label, so your list reads clearly.
  • Notes - optional, carried along with the stop.

It remembers your layout

Once youโ€™ve mapped a spreadsheet, the planner remembers that layout. Next time you upload a file with the same columns, it maps them for you automatically - so a weekly export from the same system just loads.
